The Harvard Law School faculty has a range and depth of expertise, in all fields of legal scholarship and practice, which no other law school in the country can rival. Harvard Law faculty are leaders in their fields: setting the debates in legal theory and policy; opening up new lines of inquiry; and working out solutions to evolving real-world problems.
The Law School invites a carefully selected group of visiting scholars, along with preeminent lawyers in practice in a variety of professional settings, to visit and teach each year. They join more than 100 full-time faculty to make it possible for students to interact and work with some of the top legal minds in the world.
