Getting Started in your Clinic

Every clinic member receives a Clinical Login Account which consists of a user id and password and grants access to applications and data on the RemoteClinics "Virtual Desktop".

Students & Clinical Affiliates:  See your Clinical Operational Liaison for account information.  In each clinic there is a clinical operational liaison who is the primary contact person and is designated to troubleshoot technology issues related to the clinic.

Faculty & Staff:  Contact the Office of Clinical and Pro Bono Programs (CPBP) by email at  

Clinical Account Information:

Students & Clinical Affiliates: You will have one clinical account per clinic that you work in. Your login will be the first initial of your first name, followed by your full last name, followed by the clinic acronym.  For example:

  • If you are a TAP Student/Affiliate  your login will be:  JHARVARD-TAP
  • If  you are also a PLAP Student /Affiliate your login will be:  JHARVARD-PLAP

Faculty & Staff:  Your account login will be the same even if you are a member of more than one clinic.  Your login will be the first initial of your first name, followed by your full last name with no clinic acronym.  For example:

Training Materials for applications and tools in use at  each clinic are located in a training folder shortcut on the RemoteClinics "Virtual Desktop".
