Faculty Services

ITS is committed to working with Harvard Law School faculty towards the common goal of providing the necessary technology tools needed for promoting effective teaching and learning. ITS also works with faculty to create an infrastructure and environment that will enhance and support their teaching and research.

ITS has a team of field technicians trained in the support of faculty needs.  These technicians work collaboratively to assure that faculty issues get addressed quickly and appropriately.  The technicians coordinate every day, bringing their varied skills to bear on the complex technology needs of the HLS faculty.  Techs work to understand the individual needs of the faculty, then document and share how those needs were met with the other support techs.  This assures that any of our support techs can respond to a faculty member's technical questions, even if they weren't the tech that originally addressed the request.
