The Events Office is the central location for reserving rooms and arranging for room set-ups for Non-Class HLS meetings and events. For academic classroom reservations email the Registrar's Office or call 617-495-1666.
Below is a link for three separate electronic forms that allow for room requests, audio-visual equipment reservations and publicity requests. If you are in need of special furniture (i.e. extra chairs and/or tables) for a previously scheduled class please fill out the furniture request form.
Please use your HLS e-mail name (everything before the @law.harvard.edu) and your HLS password to access the form.
Room, A/V and Events Calendar Submissions
Please note that room requests cannot be confirmed until after the final HLS class schedule has been determined for the semester in question. For all semesters, the class schedule is typically released one week prior to the start of classes. All room assignments are subject to change until the completion of the add/drop period. During these time periods, the Events Office handles hundreds of requests, and in the order received. We thank you in advance for your patience.
