Financial Closing Deadlines for FY2008: Harvard's fiscal year ends on Monday, June 30. We would appreciate it if you would forward all financial transactions to us as early in the month as possible. Please do not wait until the last minute to turn in your bills (especially since we are now off the campus)!
Financial Office Tip - Pcard Report: If you have several PCard charges in one sweep, you do not need to print a cover sheet for each individual charge. Instead print the whole week on one page and attach all your receipts to this cover sheet and send to the Financial Office. Not only will you save paper you will be preventing our files from overflowing.
