Fitness Fridays

The Dean of Students Office has an ongoing series of free fitness classes in Pound Hall.  Classes are led by certified instructors from Hemenway Gym and the Harvard University Center for Wellness.  Announcements for upcoming classes are posted on Administrative Updates.

Sign up for a class to stay active, de-stress, unwind before the weekend, or just to try something new!
