Contact Your Librarian

For advice on the best approaches to researching a particular issue, contact your firm's or other employer's research librarian (if available), or contact a Harvard Law School reference librarian.

Harvard Law School's reference librarians are on call to provide detailed advice to Harvard law students on law and law-related research from 9 am - 6 pm, Mon. through Thurs., and from 9 am - 5 pm on Fridays throughout the summer.

To contact the reference librarian on duty, please call 617-495-4516. For less urgent inquiries, feel free to send email. You should expect a response by the following business day. Please identify yourself as a Harvard law student.

For foreign, comparative and/or international law questions, contact the Library's foreign law specialists at 617-495-9001, or email to ilsref@law.harvard.edu.
