Decisions or judgments of the Supreme Court of Canada are available online, with varying degrees of coverage through the following web sites and fee-based services. As coverage included within fee databases may change from time to time, it is always best to check the source coverage of a database file when conducting research.

- CANLII (Canadian Legal Information Institute): Contains decisions made publicly available since January 1, 1985. Coverage of decisions prior to that date made available on an irregular basis. Decisions are usually published on this web site within 24-48 hours of their being made available publicly.
