Stuntz and Elizabeth Warren are amongst the new class of members elected to the American Academy of Arts and Sciences, one of the nation's oldest and most prestigious scholarly societies. Ashish Nanda, an expert in law firms and other professional service organizations, has accepted an offer to join the Harvard Law School faculty as Professor of Practice, Dean Elena Kagan ’86 announced today. Currently an adjunct professor at HLS, Nanda is the research director of the Program on the Legal Profession and faculty director of the school's principal Executive Education courses. Harvard Negotiators take first place in Leipzig
Last weekend, a team of students representing Harvard Law School took first place in The Negotiation Challenge in Leipzig, Germany. This year's Harvard Negotiators team was represented by Rene A.
